DREAMY CLOUD
SCENE INTEGRATION
Viewed in magazine

This project involved integrating the Juju Dreamy Cloud foldable baby crib into a real interior scene for use on an e-commerce website.

The goal was to maintain the original product’s cool lighting while blending it naturally into a warmer, daylight-lit room background.

To tackle this, the first step involved analyzing the lighting and tonal discrepancies using a heatmap overlay.

This helped identify key areas of mismatch between the warm tones of the room and the cooler tones of the crib. By using the heatmap as a guide, I was able to make calculated color adjustments that brought both elements closer to a neutral middle ground.

Subtle adjustments were made to the background lighting to complement the product, all while preserving the true appearance of the crib.

Another challenge was the perspective distortion. The crib was photographed from an angle that didn’t naturally align with the viewpoint of the room.

To correct this, I performed precise perspective transformations in Adobe Photoshop.

This included careful warping and angle alignment to ensure the crib sits naturally on the floor and appears properly proportioned relative to surrounding furniture and room elements.

Special attention was paid to shadows and reflections, which were adjusted and recreated as needed to blend the crib seamlessly into its new environment.

Most of the heavy image manipulation, perspective adjustments, lighting corrections, and integration work, was done in Adobe Photoshop.

However, the final graphic elements, such as the curved bottom banner and textual overlays (“Juju Dreamy Cloud – Pătuț pliabil pentru copii”), were designed and added in Adobe Illustrator.
This ensured clean vector lines and crisp text, ideal for use in high-resolution e-commerce contexts.

The result is a professional, natural-looking product scene that highlights the baby crib clearly while maintaining the integrity of the original room.

This image was designed specifically for use on an e-commerce website, helping potential buyers visualize the product in a home-like setting.
